Founded the Broadsword Group of Companies in 1998 following eight years of highly successful senior management with a prominent publicly listed company. |

| Director, Broadsword Investment Corporation and subsidiaries. Obtained Degree in Economics at University of Sydney 1986. Post-graduate Diploma Associate Securities Institute of Australia. Holds Full Licence, Real Estate Institute of Queensland. Diploma of Financial Advisory. Suzanne's background includes Securities Industry, with international bank and prominent firm of stockbrokers. Subsequently Suzanne was Marketing Manager, public Real Estate Development Company for many years before co-founding the Broadsword Group with Brian Crawford. |

| Col has over 20 years in International Banking & Currency Broking in New Zealand, Australian and Overseas markets. He has operated his own private business before turning to Mortgage Broking 6 years ago. Col holds Mortgage Industry Association of Australian accreditation and is able to deal with a multitude of lenders to obtain the best finance structure for his clients. |

| Piers is a qualified Landscape Designer and holds a Structural Landscape Licence. As a Director of Green Planet, his creations can be seen in millions of dollars of prestige property throughout South East Queensland. Piers' other passion is sport. Whilst holding a four year scholarship with the Queensland Academy of Sport, Piers was selected for the Australian U19 schoolboys Basketball team and Teal Cup in AFL. Now within the family property business, Piers is involved in project research and feasibility, along with the marketing side of the business. |

| Builder since fifteen years of age. First worked with Roy Curry in 1975. Craftsman, with background in industrial construction, construction of Retail and Commercial developments and hotels. Detail to workmanship makes him well respected in the industry. John's team of specialists includes Keith Hildebrandt, draftsman and designer and several dedicated gangs of specialist tradesmen and builders. |

| Drew has been in the Finance & Investment Industries since 2001.
A Greenkeeper by trade, Drew returned to Griffith University to study a Bachelor of Business with majors in Marketing & Management. Drew has a REIQ sales license as well as a Cert IV in Finance Broking.
With diverse backgrounds in trades & degrees, Drew has proven himself to be a valuable member of the Broadsword management team. Drew has been involved in assisting hundreds of people improve their financial health, and is sort throughout the industry for his expertise. |

| Information Technology (I .T.) Manager of all Broadsword Group companies.
Dominic has more than ten years commercial IT experience with a background of sales & technical / administration of Intel hardware, NT/Unix networking and data communications. Spending the last 4 years providing Remote Technical support for Server Desktop & Laptop to clients in Australia and New Zealand. Working with the industries leading remote technical phone support team Dominic provided end to end support for servers to small/medium corporate users in a 24x7 day environment. Dominic will be taking Broadsword to the next Generation in technology.

| Alice is originally from Malaysia and has studied in Australia since 1990, moving here permanently in 2002 to live and persue her Career as a CPA. She completes her studies in the near future. Alice's role at Broadsword is as Accounts Manager and her organisation skills are second to none. |

| Glennis has extensive banking and finance experience, having worked for the ANZ in New Zealand and NAB in Australia. In 2002 Glennis became a Mortgage Broker and joined Castle Asset Management in early 2007. Her role is to ensure the finance application and approval process is as stress-free as possible for our clients. |
